1. Work Scope

Each package includes only the services mentioned in that specific plan.

Additional posts, reels, ad creatives, or designs will be charged separately.

Reels are created using AI/templates unless premium shooting is requested.

Meta Ads management includes setup and monitoring only; results are not guaranteed.

Ad spend is always paid directly by the client.

2. Revisions Policy

Basic Plan: 1 revision per post/reel

Standard Plan: 2 revisions per post/reel

Growth Plan: 3 revisions per post/reel

Additional revisions will be charged at ₹200 per revision.

3. Content Approval

Monthly content calendar will be shared for approval.

Clients must approve content within 24–48 hours.

Delays from the client’s side may delay posting; no refunds or extensions will be provided.

4. Work Delivery Timeline

Work follows the scheduled monthly content plan.

Work will only begin after the required advance payment and necessary content/materials are provided by the client.

Urgent or same-day content requests will incur additional charges.

⭐ Payment Policy

5. Advance Payment Requirements

Basic & Standard Plans: 100% advance payment.

Growth Plan: 70% advance, 30% before final posting.

All payments are non-refundable.

Advance payment is mandatory due to costs related to:

Cameraman fees

Designers and editors

AI tools and software

Operational expenses

6. Meta Ads Payment Policy

Ad budget must be added directly by the client in their Meta Ad Account.

Dekhado is not responsible for ad results, CPC, conversions, reach, or audience behavior.

Results depend on Meta algorithms, competition, and the client’s business quality.

⭐ Communication & Support

7. Communication Rules

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)

Responses may take 2–6 hours depending on workload.

No calls after working hours; WhatsApp messages only.

Clients must provide timely approval and input for smooth workflow.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Accurate business details

Photos, videos, and product/service info

Offers, pricing, and updated deals

Access to social media pages and ad accounts

Failure to provide clear or timely content may delay project completion.

⭐ Policies & Disclaimer

9. Termination Policy

Dekhado may discontinue service if a client behaves rudely, delays payments, or repeatedly demands extra work outside the agreed scope.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

10. Quality Disclaimer

Dekhado aims to deliver high-quality content using available tools, resources, and time.

As a growing agency, quality will improve over time.

Heavy video editing, premium shoots, and advanced design work will incur additional charges.
